At the beginning of summer we turned on our ac, just to find out we had no cold air. After troubleshooting we quickly realized we needed a professional.
We called Ideal Comfort and they came out to my house immediately, on a Saturday afternoon. They had went through our entire hvac system and found all the problems. Scott didn't jump the gun on trying to sell us on replacing our whole system. He gave cheaper options on trying to fix it. He was very transparent and extremely thorough.
We moved forward with a new system. He was a little backed up but didn't want us uncomfortable. He dumped enough freon in our system to keep us cool until he was able get to us.
He kept in touch with me checking in on us making sure we were cool while we were waiting for our installation date. Incredible communication, not once was I left in the dark.

When his guys came out they were sharp and a wealth of information. They told me what they were going to do and why, they were so fast and all there work was clean. They were acutely focused on my home.
I have no regrets. Ideal comfort put a quality system in my house. His crew knew exactly what they were doing and didn't stop as soon as they arrived.

Ideal Comfort LLC is a wonderful company and the owner and associates are top notch.They do excellent work in every aspect of their trade.I have had several occasions to use their services over the past few years..but I think my most positive experience was when my well went out. We were in Arizona when the pump on my well went out,I told the lady that was house sitting for us to call Scott at Ideal Comfort.

He took time from another job and came to work on the well for us....He spent several hours working on it for us.

I have had the pleasure of working with Ideal Comfort for several years now, They are great people , very professional, respectful and trustworthy. I have had them to my home on several occasions and they have been courteous and very respectful of of my time and my property. When they came into my home they made sure they were not dragging in any leaves after working on the outside unit. Not only were the prompt but they looked things over very quickly and figured out what needed to be done. They were very efficient, polite and were done before I knew it. I appreciated their candor when discussing what could be done and how it was a consultative approach. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a qualified HVAC professional or appliance specialist.

I called Scott on the recommendation of a friend when our 23 yr old heat pump started showing signs of failing us in the dead of winter. Scott came the very next day. Long story short...we now have a brand new HVAC system and can rest easy. Scott and all his employees were super curious and very knowledgeable and his price was more than fair.
